Tasks and challenges you will encounter:

• Assist in driving the recruitment in warehouse and exploring different hiring channels to improve work efficiency
• Work closely with the team to provide support on full spectrum of C&B matters, including payroll, benefits program, policy review, etc.
• Review C&B policies to ensure they align with up-to-date employment ordinance & company direction
• Assist in the planning, coordination, administration of regular reports and HR analysis
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration work
• Maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Tertiary education in related disciplines
• Passionate in developing his/her career in HR field with HR job exposure is a plus, welcome high potential fresh graduate too
• Understanding on HK labour ordinance and related employment legislations is a plus
• Proactive, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing is a plus
• Working location could be flexible: We are in hybrid work mode (with work from home arrangement) while we have office in Kowloon Bay and warehouse in Tin Shui Wai
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience may be consider as Assistant Officer
