Job Description 

• Be responsible for all-round office administrative duties including managing incoming and outgoing post, faxes and courier, handling phone calls, greeting guests, purchasing and maintenance of office supplies, etc.
• Provide clerical support on daily operation, including filing, scanning and photocopying, etc.
• perform other ad-hoc tasks as requires

Job Requirements

• Form 6 or above
• 3 years relevant working experience in handling office administration is preferred
• Self-motivated and detail minded
• Good telephone manner and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong PC Skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web searching
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness
• Immediate available is preferred
