Job Duties:

• Handle compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll calculation, part-time payments final payments, leave management, attendance record, medical administration, and general filing;
• Maintain licence/permit record;
• Liaise with site managers on staff issues, rosters and attendances, salary payment details;
• Administer for maintaining and updating HR database;
• Ensure HR policies & practices are compliance with statutory requirements;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizable organization; fresh graduate will also be considered
• Highly motivated team player with positive attitude
• Able to work independently and meet tight timelines
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
