Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of business and digital transformation projects
  • Manage the full project life cycle from initial request, requirement crafting to production roll-out and maintenance
  • Lead the business and integration requirements discussion with users and translate the requirements into IT business solution proposals
  • Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including but not limited to project plans, business processes, UAT plans and scripts, project presentation
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and monitor project activities and delivery
  • Assist in managing the performance of vendors to ensure the agreed standard and service quality
  • Conduct research on latest technological trends to identify further room of effectiveness / efficiency and make recommendations on the process re-design
  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in running digital product development projects
  • Good knowledge of Python programming is preferred
  • Experience in working with and manipulating large datasets using Pandas/Numpy/Scikit, preferably with exposure in legal field
  • Strong project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and capable to work with minimal supervision with ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Digital savvy, passionate about the latest technology, data and problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft including Office 365 Suite and hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
