Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the People Business Partner team and internal stakeholders to build caring, positive and high-performance culture
- Enhance employee experience by building effective communication channels
- Organize staff relations programmes like focus groups, recognition programmes, CSR & employee well-being activities and any other company events etc.
- Conduct staff engagement survey, analyse survey findings and propose action plans to management
- Design staff communication materials
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
- Experience gained from sizable multi-national company in Retail / F&B industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, well-organized and detail-minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
