Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be a team member of Private Banking Business Strategy & Platform Management team
- Drive / participate in projects and business initiatives from the Marketing prospective.
- Provide guidance and assistance to Marketing colleagues in customer KYC, and responding and answering customer queries.
- Suggest practical measures or feasible solutions to Marketing colleagues in handling and managing special situations of customer activities and requests.
- Conduct review on customer profiles as and when needed.
- Ensure that reports (including but not limited to customer profiles and SAQs) submitted by Marketing colleagues are of an acceptable standard.
- Organize and conduct staff training on Front Office Risk related topics
- Assist in designing and implementing overall risk management and assessment process, include but not limited to various operational review process.
- Work closely with Compliance to implement new regulatory requirements.
- University graduate
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Banking experience (private banking or wealth management industry).
- Good understanding in banking operations, project management and investment products.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
