• Responsible for outbound calls for collection in a professional manner;
• Prepare demand letters, arrange to send out by mail and/ or email, mark Post Office deliver record, fill in forms, etc;
• Prepare relevant documents to take legal action against debtors;
• Follow-up with debtors on their settlement overdue accounts or payment;
• Compile report and maintain up-to-date customer contact information in the collection system;
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
• Filing material and documents of each case;
• Ad hoc and administrative duties.

• University graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance and financial industry, preferably with experiences in sales channel administration and support functions;
• Strong communication;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Detail-minded with good problem-solving skills and business sense;
• Conversant in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
