• Formulate & execute training strategies & plans that are aligned with business strategies & organizational objectives;
• Develop and customize education materials and training tools for beauty brands represented by the company;
• Work closely with Brand Management, Sales and Marketing team to maximize sales growth;
• Evaluate and identify areas that are insufficient and re-define training module to ensure all necessary skills and product knowledge are developed to meet brand standards and customer expectations;
• Manage the full spectrum of education activities, including field coaching and classroom education programs for wholesale partners and front line sales and operation team;
• Motivate Beauty Therapists and Beauty Advisors on how to drive sales through offering knowledgeable and professional advice to customers;
• Design training programs or initiatives to elevate service experience at store level to ensure excellent customer service level;
• Evaluate and review the training performance, and conduct action plan for improvement for Management review;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of classroom and field training experience of high-end luxury beauty brands;
• Experience in facial treatment education is a plus;
• In-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends;
• Passionate about skincare and hair care;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Dynamic and strong in leadership;
• Strong business acumen;
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications
