Job Description


Job Summary:
Hong Kong Disneyland is currently seeking a HR Business Partner who will serve as a credible partner and trusted advisor in support of business and departmental goals of the designated Line of Business(es). This incumbent will work closely with the HR functional partners to facilitate the formation and implementation of integrated HR solutions, and coach/consult line managers on issues including but not limited to organization effectiveness, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, people movement, legal compliance, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a credible partner and trusted advisor to designated Line of Business(es) to meet business goals. Develop and implement integrated HR solutions so that business results can be realized
  • Work closely with the functional HR members to provide full spectrum of HR partnership, including but not limited to change and transition management, leadership development, talent acquisition and management, compensation & benefits, HR operations, organizational development, employee engagement etc.
  • Build and sustain a positive and productive workforce. Promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the company’s brand
  • Facilitate team effectiveness interventions and provide coaching/consultancy to resolve conflicts, grievances and performance issues
  • Analyze trends and metrics in a compelling way to inspire insights and create value for decision making
  • Provide advice and services on any employment related matter as required
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or related fields
  • HR functional expertise in employee relations, organizational development, change management, talent management preferably from sizable companies
  • Ability to engage and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HK employment law and practices
  • Creative problem solving skills; ability to implement solutions and escalate issues appropriately
  • Exercises a familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions
  • Ability to execute against multiple priorities through organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Resilience to work within a complex organization. Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge status quo
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identity trends and recommend multiple solutions
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
