Job Description
Our client, Japanese Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, employee relations etc
- Review the existing HR policies and recommend the solution to the company
- Responsible for monthly payroll and related reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company compliance of all HR regulations
- Participate in HR planning, performance review, salary benchmark and analysis etc
- Direct report to Japanese president
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5-8 years solid HR experience with supervisor / managerial experience
- Well-versed in HK Labour Ordinance
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Japanese is an bonus
- Well organized, strong communication and presentation skills
