•  Lead a team of secretariat and policy research staff to provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to a Hong Kong-Shenzhen cross-boundary expert panel.

Job description
Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual work plan for the expert panel and drive execution of the work plan
• Develop operation procedures and governance mechanisms for the expert panel 
• Organize expert panel meetings and provide full range of meeting supports
• Engage and build relationship with expert panel members
• Work with internal teams and external parties in specific topics in conducting research and devising recommendations  
• Organize events and activities of the expert panel 
• Prepare budget and expenditure report of the expert panel
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related disciplines. Candidate with a postgraduate degree will be an advantage 
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in secretariat and administration work with large organizations or associations, with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Experience in dealing with Mainland government, academic and business organizations, and sound understanding of Mainland protocols 
• Strong project management experience, able to handle multiple projects, being a good leader and team player
• Sound understanding of I&T ecosystem, local and Mainland government policies and regulations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Passionate, self-initiative, mature with excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
