Job Description

Human Resources

  • Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll calculation, appraisal, and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
  • Responsible to formulate, review and execute HR & Admin policies, workflow and procedures and review the procedures from time to time to ensure they comply with the Hong Kong regulations;
  • Maintain staff record and create HR filing system;
  • Providing training to the new employees from time to time and to make sure they align with the cultural vision of the company;
  • Formulate policies to improve company morale
  • Compile periodic HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Update and maintain a good filing system
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Administration

  • Oversee the Administration department and Property (Administration) departments
  • Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative or support functions required;
  • Responsible for general property management administration issues, including preparing notices/ floor directory updates, building / property management supplies procurement, etc;
  • Price bargaining / negotiation when obtaining quotations for the two departments
  • Act as general IT support
  • Budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
  • Manage Receptionist to provide office administration services at reception area, handle enquiries and courier/mail arrangement etc.
  • Manage company driver, cleaners and other admin staff
  • Coordinate various company activities
  • Coordinate email account set up/ termination, follow up with internal system installation/ updates
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • Familiar with local Employment Ordinance
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant HR & Admin experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years at supervisory level, and preferably with solid experience in Small and Mid-size enterprises;
  • Familiar to work in small team environment
  • Well versed in HK Employment Law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving;
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, work independently and contributes as a strong team player
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
