- Support daily office administration & operations to ensure smooth running of the department
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic business environment
- Communicate well among colleagues to generate good team spirit and efficiency
- Assist in compiling operational/internal control procedures and documents
- Handle administration work and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma holder in Business Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general office administration
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Mature, self-motivates; strong sense of responsibility; detailed orientated and well organized
- Comfortable to work under fast-paced working culture; good communication skills, good team player and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing, etc;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrator / Assistant Operations Officer
