Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist department head to manage a policy servicing team to handle daily policy administration and cases management.
- Ensure daily policy administration complied to underwriting guidelines, reinsurance and compliance requirements
- Maintain the services standards and control the quality of processing
- Prepare statistical reports on business performance and reinsurance requirements
- Participate in system enhancement projects and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Any task assigned by the Company and ad hoc projects
- Solid experience in policy administration in general insurance (non-marine)
- 6-8 years’ experience in general insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Work cooperatively and effectively with different levels of people and enable to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Member of ANZII/CII is preferable
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Policy Administration
