Job Description
Background
We are a global investment company with investment in a wide range of businesses including property investment and development, hospitality services, energy, aircraft leasing, healthcare businesses and technology. We are currently seeking a secretary to join our legal team.
Job Duties
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support;
- Handle business travel arrangements, expense claims and meeting arrangements
- Handle daily correspondence, communications, and appointments;
- Maintain a proper filing system and follow file progress;
- Liaise with both internal and external parties for meeting arrangements
- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by General Counsel
- Diploma or above in Secretarial Studies
- 3-5 years of working experience, preferably as a secretary or personal assistant for senior management
- Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong document formatting skills
- Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated
- An exceptional team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5-day work week
