Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling the leasing related work including feasibility report study for new /renewal lease cases for shop network optimization
• Conduct sales analysis, market intelligence, competitor analysis and location study
• Maintain the leasing database system for more effective analysis to formulate future strategy
• Handling leasing administration including shop rental payment, correspondence and tenancy agreement
• Maintain good working relations with landlords, agents, property developers, government departments and other related parties to ensure jobs done effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in leasing / administration field
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good numerical sense, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
