Job Description

A well-known financial services company in Hong Kong is looking for an Admin Manager to lead their admin team and support office facilities and renovation/ relocation project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the admin team and ensure delivery of effective office supplies and services, including office accommodation, facilities management, office security and safety, procurement, filing management and general office services
  • Assist in reviewing and standardizing the internal administration policies, procedures and practices to ensure quality assurance
  • Plan and coordinate the procurement of office supplies, services and office solutions/systems
  • Develop and implement vendor management practice in ensuring vendors' performance is up to standard
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • A recognized degree, or equivalent
  • At least six years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years should be at Assistant Manager level or above, preferably gained in sizable financial organizations
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organization skills
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and pressure
  • A good team player
