    Our General Administration Department at Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Administration & Facility Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:


Facility Management

  • Monitor and follow up on the renovation project, repair & maintenance work
  • Coordinate with the landlords, management office, and external contractors for renovation projects and maintenance works
  • Lead and arrange regular, ad-hoc corrective and preventive maintenance works for in-house technician
  • Assist in basic office layout design and CAD drawing
  • Handle emergency cases e.g. water leakage, accidental power interruption, etc., and coordinate with vendors for immediate rectification
  • Handle complaints and requests related to the working environment
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement on daily use items & minor builder works projects
  • Seek for quotations and complete requisitions of renovation project/repair & maintenance work
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
  • Update office layout plans, maintenance records, property assets records, etc

 Health & Safety

  • Conduct regular safety inspections for the offices and report safety situations to Global if needed
  • Review, implement, and announce the updated health and safety guidelines
  • Coordinate and arrange First Aider, AED, and other occupational trainings
  • Investigate workplace incidents and complete investigation reports

Your ideal profile:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Facility Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience in facilities management or related field
  • Good team player with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD will be an advantage
  • Willing to work at the weekend occasionally, Compensation Leave will be provided
