Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Studies, Training or related disciplines
• 6-7 years working experience in managing corporate training programs
• Experience in training program development, preferably in multinational company
• Solid experience in delivering customer service skills and soft skills programs
• Prior exposure in developing e-Learning programs would be an advantage
• Detail-oriented, energetic, self-initiative with good influencing and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR system
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design training development programs to meet business goals
• Responsible for developing training plans and delivery customer service and soft skills programs
• Provide support on the development of e-Learning programs and preparing training calendar
• Coordinate with external consultants and overseas offices on the selection of training programs
• Handle learning materials development, schedule arrangement and record maintenance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
