About the Job

Our client is a well-known conglomerate in Greater China and HK. They are looking for an experience and mature Assistant HR Manager (HRIS and BP). This is an individual contributor to support the HRIS implementation functions and Business partner duties.

Job Duties

HRIS:

  • To lead the HRIS transformation and implementation project
  • To partner closely with key stakeholders for a smooth implementation of any new HR-related processes and/or systems
  • To ensure continuity of systems adoption including set-up of support and maintenance of processes and systems.
  • Partners with IT to ensure data security and the smooth-running (incl interfaces compatibility and implications)
  • Ensure system customization and configuration of new HRIS are comply with the users' requirement
  • Participate in various tasks including but not limited to giving requirement, data preparation, UAT, liaison with consultants, user training and other related support for HR related projects

HRBP

  • Accountable for the full spectrum of the HR functions, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, payroll administration, annual salary review exercise, performance management, succession planning, recruitment and selection activities, coordinate training & development for all TLHK offices.
  • Manage HR projects such as salary & benefit surveys, succession planning, annual budget, headcount review, internal shares purchase or other benefit schemes
  • Administering of HR policy & procedures and keep regular updates
  • Assist in organizing HR initiatives such as workshops and campaigns
  • Organization of staff activities and events
  • Provide advices on HR issues and perform any other ad hoc duties

Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in human resources, management or business administration
  • At least 6 years of working experience in HR field
  • Solid skills and knowledge in HRIS, especially SAP
  • Good communication skills, negotiation skill and well-organized & multi-tasking
  • Flexible personality and positive attitude, autonomous, creative and innovative, decision-maker
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
