Responsibilities:

• Responsible to plan, organize and manage process of recruitment, training, staff engagement and team building activities;

• Provide support and advice on recruitment strategies,  performance management, training, policies and contract review;
• Manage annual HR projects including performance appraisal, salary benchmarking, annual staff activities;
• Coach and support small team of officers for daily HR operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

• At least 5 years’ solid recruitment HR all-round experience preferable in sizable commercial company / NGO;
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR legal compliances;
• Mature, detail-minded, a good team player, able to work independently and multi-tasking;
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving, with good supervisory and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good command of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing; and
• Immediate available is preferred.
