about the job.

• Drive HR projects such as LMS system implementation, culture and engagement surveys and support annual projects and acting as a project manager
• Review and identify the latest training needs and propose the upcoming training programs
• Assess and identify individual and organizational development needs for different employee groups
• Source and work closely with external consultants / vendors to explore learning resources and solutions e.g. negotiation skill, selling your messages, lean management workshop, outward bound workshop
• Provide advice and support for managers to develop their team members through career pathing
• Track yearly L&D budgets and negotiate with contracts
• Assist other HR functions when needed such as recruitment, employee engagements
• Support in any ad hoc projects as required

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist background with good knowledge of L&D and HR projects exposure, prefer candidates with experience in sizable companies and minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Smart, communicative, approachable and a great team player
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
