Responsibilities

• To design, organize, and conduct the training programs for agency leader training section to enhance team performance include recruitment, team building, team production and management skill etc.
• Organize leadership training activities and line up external institutes or speakers to motivate leaders to build team
• Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
• Manage course development and program review
• Lead training projects and ad hoc programs
• Handle training course related enquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferable in business or training related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of training experience in insurance industry, preferably in leadership training experience
• In-depth knowledge of agency business development and team management
• Able to work under pressure and highly result oriented
• Fast response to market
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
