Responsibilities 

• Support the top management to manage all aspects of HR and Administration activities for HK office & plants in Mainland China;
• Assist in updating and reviewing the HR and Administration policies and procedures align with regulatory requirement and local standards;
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR strategy;
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

 Requirement 

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years at supervisory level, and preferably with solid experience gained in sizeable manufacturing operation;
• Well versed with HK Employment Law and familiar with PRC Labour Law;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoints and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Required to travel to China frequently.
