Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the top management to manage all aspects of HR and Administration activities for HK office & plants in Mainland China;
- Assist in updating and reviewing the HR and Administration policies and procedures align with regulatory requirement and local standards;
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR strategy;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years at supervisory level, and preferably with solid experience gained in sizeable manufacturing operation;
- Well versed with HK Employment Law and familiar with PRC Labour Law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoints and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Required to travel to China frequently.
