Job Description


  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and self-service platforms
  • Support in system enhancement projects and regular data validation processes
  • Provide support in payment and pension processing
  • Prepare reports and employment documentations, such as contracts and movement letters for internal management
  • Coordinate annual Human Resources activities, including Salary Review, Tax Filing, and Rental Reimbursement, etc
  • Follow up any ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree or above, Human Resources Management field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources operations and C&B functions (Payroll & operations)
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
  • Attentive to details, pro-active and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office application - Knowledge of HRMS is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available / short notice is an advantage
