Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties in relation to all office administration
• Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for all office maintenance, e.g. stationary, pantry, insurance, security system, cleaning, etc
• Maintain and update administrative filings and documents
• Responsible reception duties such as servicing at front desk, greeting guest, arranging meeting rooms, and handling incoming calls and courier etc
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

• Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ office administration support experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office application
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with different levels of staff
• Stable, responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Immediately available is preferred
