Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive training and recruitment duties
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, giving job offers and related administrative duties for on-boarding
- Develop, coordinate and conduct virtual / face-to-face training programs for staff of different levels, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs
- Design and implement training and recruitment projects to align with company direction and improve business results
- Organize and implement employee relations events for all staff
- Prepare analysis, report and employment agreements
- Support the team on administrative and coordination work, as well as other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in a sizable company, preferably with hands on experience in both face-to-face and virtual training
- Experience in logistics industry is an advantage
- Familiar with local HR related ordinance and practices
- Strong attention to detail, time management and good presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Japanese is a plus
- Immediately available is highly preferred
