Job Description

To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for a talent who are passionate in HR function and willing to develop career path in financial service industry. Within the Global HR & Administration department, this is a key role. In order to handle the payroll and MPF administration, taxation, staff leave and attendance records maintenance. This role will closely collaborate with the Global Head of Human Resources and Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll and MPF administration, taxation, staff leave and attendance records maintenance, HR data entry and document filing
  • Administer and support full payroll cycle activities including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax and MPF administration for designated business units
  • Provide end-to-end HR support for our offices and ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR operations
  • Assist in preparing for various periodical analysis and reports
  • Assist in developing and implementation of HRIS in future
  • Support in corporate events and other HR initiatives
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, attention details and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Officer
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
