Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties in People Team, including but not limited to documents copying & scanning, filing, data input & update, archiving, etc.
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
- HKCEE / DSE or above with 5 passes including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics
- Candidates with Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline may be considered as People Assistant (one-year contract)
- Relevant working experience in fast-paced environment will be an advantage
- Responsible and detail-minded
- Contract duration: One Year
- Candidates who can only work on part-time basis with availability of 2-3 days per week will also be considered
