Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Formulate technology-based learning solutions and support data analytics to meet organizational learning and development goals
  • Manage Learning Management System, and be responsible for liaision with internal and external parties on system future development, user training, and related matters
  • Take lead in digital learning projects and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure achievement of project deliverables with high level of quality, on time and within budget
  • Lead the sourcing and selection of learning technology vendors and e-course suppliers and evaluate their effectiveness to support the development and delivery of high-quality online learning
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to design, deliver and evaluate training and development interventions, particularly on the corporate development initiatives for different levels of staff
  • Provide recommendations for implementing technology-based learning solutions by leveraging latest market best practices through research and development

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business Administration / Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years should be at supervisory level
  • Possession of Membership of a recognised professional institution in information technology / management / training and development / business learning analytics / e-learning trends and applications is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of training and development concept and instructional design skills with creativity in using new training and development technologies with creativity in using new training and development technologies
  • Successful track record on system development and rollout
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
 
Remarks
  • Appointment will be made on two-year contract terms
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Learning Technology
