Main Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits functionsincluding but not limited to payroll calculation, tax filing, MPF and benefits administration etc.;
• Handle recruitment and selection process;
• Maintain employee database and ensure all personnel records are updated and accurate;
• Help review and formulate company HR policies and procedures, and assist in HR system upgrade and enhancement;
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance and Administration Department.   

Requirement

• A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or in a related discipline;
• 3 years’ working experience in personnel;
• Knowledge of employment legislation;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, eye for detail and sharp analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills in written English and Chinese. Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.

Remuneration Package

Remuneration package commensurate with candidate’s qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, MPF and medical insurance.
