Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of support to Operations Team as an HR generalist
•  Update and maintain accurate employee record in the HR system
•  Support end-to-end site staff recruitment process such as job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and meeting coordination etc
•  Provide support to various HR projects, initiatives, staff events and administration
• Provide administrative and clerical support in day-to-day HR operation

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in human resources management or business-related disciplines
•  Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
•  Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. Experience in using Workday and Oracle application would be an advantage
•  Immediate available is highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with effective interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
