Job Responsibilities

• Perform general administration tasks including P.O. handling, data-entry, scanning, filing, mailing, arrange courier
• Work closely with Project Manager on daily duties of a project’s administration
• Outdoor work may be required as assigned by Project Manager
• Other ac-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• 2 years relevant working experience in clerical task would be an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operation
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & written English
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
