Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Sourcing, perform a full spectrum of general administrative duties
- Manage and coordinate any business related activities, such as email correspondence, taking minutes, travel itinerary management, preparing excel and business reports
- Manage office supplies, vendor management, expenses claim management, office leasing and renovation projects
- Assist in staff events such as annual dinner, off-site activities
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Sourcing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant from buying office or trading companies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills
- Proactive, out-going, willing to learn and flexible
- High Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Short notice or immediately available is preferred
