 Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Pension Operations, you’ll lead our Pension Operations team and supervise all day-to-day administration duties of group products and services, and customer services-related activities for both internal and external customers.

You’ll ensure accurate and proper pension administration on enrolment, contribution, termination, switching, and record maintenance as well as other related administration; monitor the daily operation to comply with internal, external, and regulatory requirements/regulations; and ensure staff provides good quality and timely production to meet the company service pledge.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily operations of the production, including liaison with other stakeholders such as BUs, regulator, customers, intermediary, etc.
  • Participate and / or lead in the process improvement / transformation project such as acting as the contact point, preparing user requirements, manual, conduct training, solution recommendations etc.
  • Participate and / or lead in some regulatory changes, act as a business lead in the eMPF project, meeting with the MPFA, HKTA, to evaluate the impact to Pension Operations, solution recommendations etc.
  • Participate in some internal projects or involve in some ad hoc assignments

 
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you’ll need extensive and in-depth knowledge of pension business, products and related services; strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Good people management and coaching skills will be essential to guide the team.

Other key skills required for the role:

  • University graduate
  • At least 12 years of experience in MPF and/or ORSO administration
  • Coaching skill, customer servicing skill, decision making skill, people management skill, stakeholder, communication and influence skills, experienced with agency environment (preferred)
  • Strong PC knowledge such as word, excel. Good understating of local regulatory compliance and requirements
