Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, audits, payroll administration (payroll calculation, leave records, attendance)
• Handle the employee compensation insurance
• Input data into human resources information systems
• Maintain human resources records
• Provide logistic support on functions, meetings and activities organized by the Human Resources Division
• Conduct operations in the areas of database administration and management
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirement:

• Degree holder in HR or Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Hands-on PC knowledge, including Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player, responsible and detail-minded
• Immediate available is highly preferred
