Job Description
Job Duties
- To perform all round HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, monthly payroll, MPF, taxation, tardiness administration and formulate & implement HR policies
- To support performing office administration duties
- To perform operation of accounting payments and shipping arrangement
- To participate in various ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- 5 years solid hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Administration preferably in ISO medical devices manufacturing industry
- Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details, good interpersonal skill and strong problem-solving skill
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related legislation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
