Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting frontlines recruitment, including but not limited to job advertisement posting, interview arrangement and staff on-boarding and exit interview.
• Assist in recruitment campaign such as execute job fair, explore new recruitment channels and various talent attraction method;
• Sourcing and evaluating the effectiveness of difference advertising media and recruitment channels;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration; and handle ad hoc projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Admin or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, experience in retail industry is an advantage;
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other Labour Legislation;
• Familiar with MS Office, Word Processing & PowerPoint usage; knowledge of HR21 and HROne HRIS system is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, positive, well-organized, independent and demonstrate as a good team player;
• Good command of both spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
