Job Description:

• Provide support in the annual initiatives in Total Reward – bonus allocation, salary review and benchmarking, compensation survey, etc., and any other C&B related ad-hoc projects as assigned;
• Assist in headcount planning and preparation of staff cost budget;
• Process monthly payroll for overseas offices in PRC, Korea, Japan and UK, and assist in the final payment calculation in HK;
• Handle commission payment for the Account Executive and compile the cost reports;
• Take up the primary role for benefit administration – medical & pension benefit enrolment and termination, monthly MPF & ORSO contributions, festive gifts and other fringe benefits arrangement, and leave administration for Hong Kong and overseas offices;
• Prepare regular Management reports on HR demographics, headcount movement and staff turnover;
• Be responsible for the C&B data maintenance in HRIS.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources and related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in C&B operations;
• Showing high level of integrity;
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented team player with positive work attitude;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Analytical, with strong numeric sense and sound skill in Excel;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
