Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end payroll processing for HK / Macau, including OT & commission, GL posting and payroll reconciliation with SAP
- Prepare MPF/ORSO reporting, tax reporting, on-boarding preparation and audit exercises
- Assist in year-end processes, such as AL carry-over exercise, salary review and bonus payment process, rental reimbursement administration and annual tax return filing
- Prepare leaver papers including final payment calculations, and other exit formalities
- Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in payroll management from sizable companies or service providers
- Strong system knowledge with experience in SAP is an advantage
- Solid knowledge Hong Kong employment laws and industrial relations
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused with strong learning agility
