Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support on recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, event planning and logistics etc.
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, insurance etc.
• Provide training management and organize company activities
• Maintain HR system and staff database
• Provide office administrative support 
• Assist related ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of working experience in talent acquisition, training or similar roles, experience in China base financial group is preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing (traditional and simplified)
• Self-motived, mature, adaptive and good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferable
