- At least 3 years’ solid experience in C & B and recruitment experience in Retail/construction industry is preferred.
- Handle office / front line recruitment activities including candidates interview, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, job fair recruitment etc.
- Experience in personal data to HRIS system, employee’s personnel data and leave record.
- Handling and involve staff injury cases, insurance with related parties.
- Maintain administration support including staff activities, draft memorandum, monthly report preparation.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- A recognized degree in Human Resources Management is a must.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
- Having good communications and problem solving skills.
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF Regulations and other related legislation.
- Self-motivated, independent and good timely manner with strong communication skill and work with all levels of staff.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
Remuneration
Benefit packages include OT allowance, medical allowance, meal allowance etc
