Duties:

1. Responsible for design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of training programs/activities for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
2. Take lead to drive and organize new and existing product training for agency force to enhance selling skills different types of insurance product
3. Liaise with external parties to arrange existing and/or develop new training programs and/or activities to meet business strategy and market situation
4. Develop training tools/ e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning production
5. Provide training support, including program development, arrangement and delivery, on various kind of training programs such as IIQE and CPD
6. Maintain training records and prepare various kinds of training report
7. Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. University degree in any discipline
2. A minimum 3 years’ relevant training experience
3. Detailed-minded, flexible, proactive, a good team-player and able to work under pressure
4. Excellent presentation,communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
