Responsibilities:

• Follow up orders with sales department / 協助銷售部跟進訂單
• Issue invoice and data entry / 開單和資料輸入
• Arrange good delivery with warehouse / 與倉務部安排送貨
• Follow up orders and documents with supplier / 跟進供應商訂單及文件
• Update inventory and product information / 更新倉存及產品資料
• Prepare daily sales report / 準備每日的銷售報表
• Provide general administrative support to office / 一般文職工作

Requirements :

• F.5 or above / 中五或以上
• Minimum 2 years’ clerical work experience / 2年或以上文職經驗
• Basic computer skill / proficiency in MS Office / 一般電腦技能，熟悉 MS Office
• English & Chinese typing / 中英文打字輸入
• Sense of responsibility and detail-minded / 具責任心及細心
• Good command of Chinese and English / 良好中文及英文
