Job Description
Job Responsibilities

- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources duties such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, and medical benefits administration, etc
- Maintain personnel records and leave management
- Responsible for administrative duties such as daily office operation, couriers, office supplies and company events;
- Prepare HR reports and related analyses
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
- At least 3 years related experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Experience in payroll management and HR software would be an added advantage
- Pro-active, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player but capable to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
