Role Overview:

Reputation Data Company is seeking for 3 years experience of administrative/secretarial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Director located at Hong Kong
• Assisting with all administrative work
• Handle clerical work
• Handle and follow up sales order processing and coordinate with customers and dealers
• Assist in providing daily office administrative and logistics support
• Responsible for repackaging of orders and arrange shipment to APAC region (mostly to China)
• Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals

Key Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiations skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
