Job Description
Role Overview:
Reputation Data Company is seeking for 3 years experience of administrative/secretarial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Director located at Hong Kong
- Assisting with all administrative work
- Handle clerical work
- Handle and follow up sales order processing and coordinate with customers and dealers
- Assist in providing daily office administrative and logistics support
- Responsible for repackaging of orders and arrange shipment to APAC region (mostly to China)
- Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals
Key Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiations skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must;
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
