Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs based on business needs
- Propose timelines, deployment plans and assists in driving the completion of tasks, with measurable methodologies and results for learning interventions
- Coordinate with various parties and ensure L&D initiatives / projects are carries out accordingly
- Assist in identifying learning & development solutions according to business units’ needs (including team development and staff engagement activities)
- Establish and maintains good relationships with business units
- Arrange program evaluation and suggest necessary review / revamp accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage or retail industry
- Higher Diploma preferably in Human Resources or Business-related disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Detailed mind, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
