Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer inquiries on technical support;
• Prepare quotation of after sales services / maintenance service contracts;
• Provide general support to technical support services related activities such as Tender, Quotation and Services Report preparation;
• Collect quotation from Contractors / Sub-contractors for repair services and invoice preparation;
• Assist supervisor with maintenance schedule, and apply permit admission;
• Coordinate with technicians on daily repair/maintenance works;
• Respond to enquiries from clients about technical service;
• Perform data entry, filing and updating record in system;
• Participate in ad-hoc duties and assignments.

Job Requirement:

•  Form 5 or above;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in technical support services;
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing;
• Able to work independently, with high efficiency and under pressure;
• Initiative, good sense of responsibility and self-discipline;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese with good communication skills.
