Job Duties:

• Provide training support to property development and property management staff of the Company
• Prepare orientation schedules and materials for new join building attendants
• Work closely with property management team and security team on identifying training needs so as to improve the quality of service of property and security staff
• Design and deliver training courses to property and security staff
• Assist in evaluation of training effectiveness through conducting surveys or meeting with department/section heads to fine tune the training programs
• Review staff development plan for frontline operations to enhance the knowledge, skills and service standards
• Perform periodical evening/night spot check to managing property portfolios
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in training and development management, preferably in property industry
• Good training sense in term of course development, design and evaluation
• Hands-on experience as qualified QASRS trainer is definitely an advantage
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonhau and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Training Officer
