Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for general office administrative affairs
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve drinks for senior management, guest and visitors
  • Tidy up meeting rooms and ensure all cups and utensils are cleaned
  • Assist in meeting room equipment setup
  • Replenish and stock taking for pantry items and first aid boxes
  • Carry out outdoor works when required
  • Provide backup support to dispatch room’s staff and receptionists and other team members when required
Requirements
  • Secondary education
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese and basic spoken English and Putonghua
